解脲支原体对常用抗生素的敏感性及敏感性变迁分析
Antibiotic resistance test of ureaplasma urealyticum and analysis on the changes of antibiotic resistance of ureaplasma urealyticum
【摘要】 目的了解本院解脲支原体(Uu)不同时期对临床常用抗生素的耐药情况及部分抗生素的耐药率变迁。方法应用法国生物梅里埃公司的支原体鉴定药敏试剂盒和珠海丽珠试剂有限公司的支原体分离鉴定、计数、药敏试剂盒进行Uu的鉴定和药敏。结果1999年Uu的检出率是29.7%(114/384),菌量≥104/ml的占89.5%(102/114),对强力霉素、交沙霉素、氧氟沙星、红霉素、四环素和原始霉素的敏感率分别为89.5%、100.0%、50.5%、39.5%、63.2%、94.7%;2004年Uu的检出率为40.4%(55/136),菌量≥104/ml的占63.6%(35/55),对强力霉素、交沙霉素、氧氟沙星、美满霉素、罗红霉素、左氧氟沙星、克拉霉素、司帕沙星、阿奇霉素的敏感率分别是89.1%、7.3%、45.5%、92.7%、0.0、38.2%、67.3%、38.2%、18.2%。结论Uu在临床的检出率和对交沙霉素和氧氟沙星的耐药率呈上升趋势,但有临床意义的Uu的感染却呈下降趋势;对Uu感染的治疗,美满霉素和强力霉素是最好的选择,耐药率最高的是罗红霉素。
【Abstract】 Objective To realize the antibiotic sensitivities of ureaplasma urealyticum and analyse the changes of antibiotic sensitivities of ureaplasma urealyticum.Methods Mycoplasma IST(bioMérieux) and mycoplasma ICS kit(Livzon Group Reagent Factory,Zhuhai) were used for identificaton.Results During 1999 and 2004,the separation rates of ureaplasma urealyticum were 29.7% and 40.4% respectively,in which the cases(ureaplasma urealyticum amount ≥104/ml) accounted for 89.5% and 63.6% respectively.During 1999,the sensitivities rate of doxycycline,josamycin,ofloxacin,erythromycin,tetracycline and prinspinamycin were 89.5%,100.0%,50.5%,39.5%,63.2%,94.7% respectively.During 2004,the sensitivities rate of doxycycline,josamycin,ofloxacin,minocycline,roxithromycin,levofloxacin,clarithromycin,sparfloxacin and azithromycin were 89.1%,7.3%,455%,92.7%,0.0,38.2%,67.3%,38.2%,18.2% respectively.Conclusions Along with time lapsing,the separation rate of ureaplasma urealyticum and the resistance rate of josamycin,ofloxacin are increasing gradually,but the Ureaplasma urealyticum infection that can cause clinical disease is decreasing;Minocycline and doxycycline are the most sensitive for Uu infection;Highest resistance rate was tested in roxithromycin.
