【摘要】 目的探讨彩色多普勒对门静脉疾病的诊断价值。方法将28例门静脉疾病患者行彩色多普勒超声检查并行手术及造影证实。结果28例中确诊17例为门静脉血栓,5例为门静脉内癌栓,1例胰腺炎,2例假性胰腺囊肿,2例为先天性门静脉发育畸形,1例门静脉血管癌。结论彩色多普勒能确诊门静脉疾患。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective In order to estimate the diagnostic value of color Doppler in portal vein diseases.Methods 28 cases suffered of portal vein disease under color Doppler ultrasonic examination and portography.Results 28 cases patients suffered from portal vein disease after color Doppler examination.17 cases were portal thrombosis.5 cases of portal tumor thrombus.1 case of pancreatitis.2 cases belong to pseudo pancreatic cyst.2 cases of congenital malformation of portal vein.1 case portal vein cancer thrombus.Various degree of spongy degeneration exist in all the cases mentioned above.Conclusion Color Doppler can confirm and make diagnosis of portal vein diseases and help clinicians to select method of therapy.更多还原
