【摘要】 目的分析低位直肠癌行完全腹腔镜保肛手术的安全性及优势。方法回顾我院从1999年至今11例行腹腔镜手术的低位直肠癌病例的临床病理资料。结果11例均在腹腔镜下操作完成,无中转开腹,无手术相关并发症,手术时间稍长于开腹,清扫淋巴结数目5～16个,随访6～30个月,无手术戳孔处转移。结论腹腔镜对于低位直肠癌保肛是安全可靠的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the reliability and the superiority of laparoscopic technique for lower rectal cancer.Methods Retrospectively analyzed clinical and pathological data of 11 patients who had undertaken laparoscopic radical proctectomy for lower rectal cancer.Results All of the 11 patients’ operation were completed with the laparoscope and no one were turned to open.No complication dues to the operation.The operative time was a little longer than open’s.The number of lymphonodius was from 5 to 16,and there was no metastasis of the trocar hole during the follow-ups 6～30 months.Conclusion The study shows that the laparoscopic radical proctectomy is reliable for sphincter saving resection of the rectum(SSR) with mini invation and convenient dissection.更多还原
