不同疾病肾小球滤过率相关因素研究

【摘要】 目的探讨不同疾病中肾小球滤过率(GFR)与多种因素关系。方法用99TcmDTPA清除率测定115例不同疾病所致的肾功能不全患者的GFR,并测血清肌酐(SCr)、尿素氮(BUN)、尿酸、K+、血红蛋白,并测心率、平均动脉压、体重指数、体表面积,记录患者的年龄。将不同病因的各组GFR分别与上述各临床因素进行简单相关分析,对与GFR有显著相关关系的上述临床因素再与GFR作多元相关分析。结果在不同疾病所致的肾功能不全患者中,除糖尿病外,其GFR始终与SCr呈显著负相关。结论在除外糖尿病的肾功能不全中,SCr是反映GFR的理想指标。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the correlation between glomerular filtration rate(GFR) of different primitive diseases and many clinical factors.Methods GFR from 115 cases of renal insufficient function due to different primitive diseases were determined by using clearance of 99 Tcm-DTPA and serum creatinine(SCr),blood urea nitrogen,uric acid,potassium and hemoglobin in blood,heart rate and average artery press were determined simultaneously.Age of the patients was recorded.The simple correlation analysis between GFR of different primitive diseases and every clinical factors above-mentioned were performed and the multiple correlation analysis between every clinical factors above-mentioned that was significant correlation with GFR and GFR were performed again.Results Apart from diabetes,GFR of renal insufficient due to different primitive diseases was significant negative correlation with SCr and the correlation between GFR and other clinical factors was different.Conclusion In renal insufficient patients due to many primitive diseases except diabetes,SCr was the ideal index for reflecting GFR.
