【摘要】 目的　分析评价4 0例中老年股骨颈骨折患者的临床诊治原则、方法及疗效。方法　应用骨水泥型人工关节置换治疗股骨颈骨折4 0例,术中输血2例,平均输血4 0 0ml。结果　对36例患者进行随访,平均随访8个月(2～2 8个月) ,无一例患者围手术期出现死亡,切口Ⅰ期愈合,无感染。住院时间12～2 2d。36例患者功能满意,生活自理。结论　应用骨水泥型人工股骨头置换治疗股骨颈骨折是可行的方法,但对手术风险需进行预测,对相关疾病进行预防治疗,并严格掌握其手术适应证。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the principle of the clinical diagnostic and treatment and to evaluated therapeutic effectiveness in patients with senile fracture of neck of femur with cement-type artificial femoral head replacement.Methods 40 cases with fracture of neck of femur were treated with bone cement-type artificial joint.Blood transfusion of averaged 400ml was given to 2 patients during the operation.Results Follow-up surveys of 36 caess for 2 to 28 months(with an average of 8 months) showed that there was no death or shock in peri-operational period,and the wound healed in phase Ⅰ without,postoperative infection.The hospitalization time was 12 to 22 days.All cases reagined normal function and could provide for them selves.Conclusions It was feasible to perform the replacement with the bone cement-type artificial joint on condition that the risk of operation should be predicted,correlative diseases should be prevented and cured,and the indication of operation must be grasped strictly..更多还原
