【摘要】 目的　探讨干扰素α- 2b联合苦参素治疗慢性丙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效。方法　慢性丙型肝炎患者76例随机分为治疗组4 0例和对照组36例。治疗组给予干扰素α-2b联合苦参素,对照组单用干扰素α-2b。观察两组临床疗效、肝纤维化指标变化、转化生长因子-β1(TGF- β1)水平和不良反应。结果　治疗组完全应答率明显高于单用干扰素治疗组,复发率低于单用干扰素治疗组(P <0 . 0 5 ) ;两组患者血清Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PⅢP)、层粘蛋白(LN)、透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(C Ⅳ)、TGF- β1水平与治疗前相比明显下降(P <0 . 0 1) ,治疗组优与对照组(P <0 . 0 5 ) ;未见严重不良反应。结论　干扰素α- 2b联合苦参素治疗慢性丙型病毒性肝炎能有效改善肝功能,在抗病毒方面有协同作用,并能增强抗肝纤维化的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the clinical efficacy of interferon α-2b combined with oxymatrine in the treatment of chronic hepatitis C and in the prevention of hepatic cirrhosis.Methods 76 patients with chronic hepatitis C were randomly allocated into two groups.40 patients in treatment group were given interferon α-2b up to 24 weeks;combined with oxymatrine for 24 weeks.36 patients in control group were given the same dose of interferon α-2b as above only.After completion of therapy,liver fibrosis,and TGF-β₁ of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The complate answer rate of treatment group was significantly higher,and the relapse rate was lower than that of control group（P<0.05）.Levels of serum hyaluronidase（HA）,pro-collegen type Ⅲ（PCⅢ） and collegen type Ⅳ（C-Ⅳ） and TGF-β₁ were significantly descended in the two groups（P<0.01）;treatment group had advantages over control group（P<0.05）;no severe complication occured.Conclusions Interferon α-2b combined with oxymatrine may be able to inhibit HCV replication,improve liver function and prevent hepatic fibrosis.It is suggested to be further evaluated in the treatment of patients with chronic hepatitis C.更多还原
