生长激素治疗肝炎后肝硬化低蛋白血症疗效观察

【摘要】 目的观察重组人生长激素(rhGH)治疗肝炎后肝硬化低蛋白血症的临床疗效。方法治疗组35例,用rhGH4U/d;对照组30例,用人血清清蛋白20~30g/周,2周为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。治疗前后分别测定肝功能、血清清蛋白,并观察临床症状变化。结果治疗组临床症状明显减轻,血清ALT、AST和总胆红素(TBil)水平降低,血清清蛋白水平提高,PT明显缩短(P<005或P<001),在改善血清清蛋白水平和PT方面明显优于对照组(P<005),未见明显不良反应。结论rhGH可以克服肝硬化患者的生长激素抵抗现象,明显提高患者肝脏合成清蛋白能力和改善临床症状,临床应用安全。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of recombinant human growth hormone(r-hGH) therapy to liver cirrhosis patients with hypoproteinemia.Methods 35 liver cirrhosis patients were treated with r-hGH(4g/d) for two courses and two weeks as a coure,with 30 such patients with human albumin(20~30/wk) as control.Before and after the courses of r-hGH therapy,the liver function and the level of serum albumin were measured,also the change of clinical symptom was monitored as compared.Results As compared with control group,in the pretreatment group with r-hGH,the clinical symptom was significantly eased,the levels of serum ALT,AST and TBil were decreased,while the serum level of albumin was increased,the PT was shorted evidently(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Especially in improving the levels of serum albumin and PT,the treatment group was much better than that of the control,while the side effect was not evident.Conclusion Exogenous r-hGH therapy can overcome the resistance of liver cirrhosis patients and signifcantly in-crease the levels of serum albumin and ease the clinical symptom as compared with the control group who was treated with human albumin.It is a safe therapy,which costs to enlarge using.
