【摘要】 本文分析了中国能源结构与能源战略的基本特点。从温室效应、酸雨、大气颗粒物污染、破坏臭氧层和生态环境等方面阐述了化石燃料对环境产生的影响,指出了近期中国能源结构仍然以煤炭为主,化石燃料环境污染问题的治理重点在于改进煤炭燃烧。介绍了洁净煤技术,提出化石燃料环境污染的治理措施:近期应加快实施洁净煤技术,长期应优化能源结构,改变能源战略,实现能源、经济与环境可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes the characteristics of energy structure and strategy in China.The serious impacts of fossil fuel on the environments such as the greenhouse effect,acid rain,atmospheric particle pollution,undermining ozone layer and ecological environment are described.It is indicated that the majority of energy depends on coal resource in China,and controlling coalburning is the fundamental measure to prevent the environment pollution of fossil fuel in recent years.The clean coal technology is introduced,and some countermeasures to settle the environment pollution of fossil fuel are proposed,which includes carrying out clean coal technology,optimizing energy structure,adjusting energy strategy and realizing the sustainable development of energy,economy and environment.更多还原
