【摘要】 以河北省万全县郭磊庄镇土地开发整理项目为例,依据土地适宜性评价原则,把对土地质量有显著影响的自然条件、农田基本建设因素确定为基本因素,选择10项土地适宜性评价因素、因子构建评价体系,对项目区内的土地进行了适宜性评价。从评价结果可以看出:土地适应性评价为因地制宜进行土地开发整理提供科学依据;运用GIS软件进行综合分析,结果科学可靠;评价范围小,定量指标数据不易获取。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking the land development and consolidation project in Guoleizhuang town,Wanquan county in Hebei province as an example,according to the principle of the land suitability evaluation,the natural conditions and farmland basic construction factors,which have conspicuous effect on the land quality,are chosen as the basic appraisal elements. The evaluation system is constructed with 10 items of land suitability evaluation factors,and the suitability of the land in the project area is estimated by the system.Several conclusions are got from the estimation result:the land suitability evaluation can offer a scientific basis to the land consolidation and rehabilitation;the scientific result can be got by GIS software analysis;quantification index data are difficult to get in small evaluation area.更多还原
