【摘要】 目的了解目前云南省疟疾疫情的真实情况和疟疾防治工作中存在的困难和问题。方法采取听汇报,查阅资料和走访居民的方法进行调研。结果共访问4个县8个乡16个村,走访居民2668人,查出2004年1～9月份病人109例,发病率为408.55。疟疾疫情平均漏报率为72.48%。红河县小学生带虫率为3.23%,麻栗坡县小学生带虫率为0.52%。在3个县中有使用过期抗疟药现象。发热病人血检和流动人口管理工作中还存在诸多问题。结论云南省疟疾疫情漏报严重,抗疟药品管理混乱,疟疾形势不容乐观。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the present malaria epidemic situation, and existed difficulties and questions on malaria control in Yunnan Province. Methods Malaria incidence, rate of malaria missing report, malaria treatment and management of mobile population were investigated by the report of malaria control, data on malaria epidemic and surveying inhabitant. Results 2 668 persons were investigated in 16 villages, 8 townships of 4 counties. 109 malaria cases were found and malaria incidence was 408.55 from January to September in 2004. Average rate of missing report was 72.48%. Malaria carrying rate of primary students was 3.23 % in Honghe County and 0.52% in Malipo County. Phenomenon of using expired antimalarials was found in 3 counties. And many problems were also found in blood examination of fever patients and management of mobile population. Conclusion Missing report of malaria cases is serious, management of antimalarials is disorder and malaria endemic situation is not optimistic in Yunnan Province.更多还原
