【摘要】 目的　对近几年来在国内多个地区猪间流行的一种以高温、皮肤发红为特征,伴随某些继发病的病进行病因调查。　方法　对发病猪群进行了流行情况、临床症状、发病年龄及品种、发病季节、剖检变化、病原检查、实验动物和药物治疗等初步研究。　结果　在发病猪群中检查到了一种新的血液原虫。虫体长5~7μm,有多种形态,主要形态为两头长鞭毛的纺缍形,暂称为“猪血鞭毛虫”,引起“猪血鞭毛虫病”。　结论　经检索,该病为国内外首次报道的 1 种猪的血液原虫病。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the pathogen of disease in pigs with symptoms of hyperpyrexia, rubefaction and other secondary infections, which is an epidemic disease in different areas in China in recent years. Methods The sicked pigs were studied on examination of pathogen, investigation of epidemiology included different ages, species and seasons, observation on clinical symptom, pathology, artificial infections and treatment. Results A new kind of protozoa was found in the blood of sicked pigs is polymorphic in which most of them were spindles with flagellum on the both sides and 5-7 μm in length, it was called “flagellate in pig blood” temporarily, which caused flagellatosis in pigs. Conclusion It is proved to be the first report of the kind of protozoa in pigs in the world.更多还原
