【摘要】 本文叙述了一种常压条件下短时间制备松香胶的新工艺,并对由此工艺制备出的新型松香胶的施胶性能进行了研究。结果表明:不同反应时间制得的松香胶施胶效果有所不同,而且其对成纸的环压指数和裂断长的影响也有所差别,较短反应时间制得的松香胶对纸页的环压指数和裂断长增加值较大;其施胶效果受胶料与浆料混合作用时间的影响较大,随胶料与浆料混合作用时间的延长而得到加强;对废纸浆而言,松香胶用量0.3%,硫酸铝用量1.2%时,成纸的Cobb值可达46g/m2。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper discusses the preparation of a new type rosin size under the condition of normal pressure and short reaction time and the property of the rosin size. The rosin size under different reaction time has different sizing result, also influence the ring crush compression resistance and breaking length of paper sheet. Shorting the reaction time can increase the ring crush compression resistance and breaking factor length of paper sheet; the sizing result is also influenced by the mixing time of rosin size and pulp, because the extension of mixing time of rosin size and pulp can improve the sizing result; for waste paper stock, the Cobb value of paper sheet was 46g/m2 under the dosage of 0.3% rosin size and 1.2% aluminum sulfate.更多还原
