山洞贮藏对玉米、向日葵种子活力的影响
Effect of Cave Storage on Seed Vigor of Maize and Sunflower with Safe Water Content
【摘要】 北京林业大学生物学院以北京德农种业赤峰分公司提供的山洞贮藏6年的玉米种子和贮藏3年的向日葵种子作为试验材料进行生活力及活力测定,酶活力测定(CAT,POD.SOD.GR),丙二醛(MDA)含量测定,从抗氧化系统的变化探讨种子贮藏机理。结果表明,在山洞7.5~14.6℃相对低温恒温条件下,贮藏6年的玉米自交系和贮藏3年的向日葵种子具有较高的活力,为山洞低温贮藏种子提供科学依据。
【Abstract】 The maize seed cave-stored for six years and sunflower seed for three years from Beijing Doneed Seed Chifeng Branch were used as trial materials to measure vitality and vigor of seed, the enzyme activity of CAT, POD, SOD and GR as well as the content of MDA by Beijing Forestry University-Academy of Biology. This experiment was to explore mechanism of seed storage through variety of anti-oxygenation system. The results showed that maize inbred lines seeds stored for 6 years and sunflower seed for three years in mountain cave still kept very high vigor under the condition of relatively low and stable temperature about 7.5-14.6℃. Scientific proof for seed storage in cave under the condition of low temperature was provided in this study.
