【摘要】 目的为了解我院医院感染的基本情况。方法采用断面调查的方法,对2003年8月6日的住院患者进行了医院感染现患率调查。结果被调查的447例患者发生医院感染7人,现患率1.6%,发生医院感染部位7例次,医院感染例次现患率为1.6%,呼吸道感染占85.7%,胃肠道感染占14.3%,抗菌药物使用率为68.7%,一联用药74.5%,二联用药24.4%。结论加强抗菌药物使用的管理,抗制医院感染的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To find out the situation of incidence of nosocomial infection in our hospital.METHODS A section investigation was carried out among all hospitalized patients on 06 Aug,2003.RESULTS Among 447 cases,7 cases had nosocomial infection with the rate of 1.6%,and 7 infected sites with 1.6%.In these nosocomial infection cases,the respiratory infection rate was 85.7%,and the gastrointestinl infection rate was 68.7%.Among them,74.5% was used the single antibiotic and 24.4% with twice antibiotic use.CONCLUSIONS To strengthen the management of antibiotic drug use,and control the emergence of nosocomial infection.更多还原
