【摘要】 目的研究头孢噻肟(CTX)单用及与罗红霉素(RXM)合用对体内生物被膜(BF)肺炎克雷伯菌的杀菌作用。方法采用吸入法在豚鼠体内建立肺炎克雷伯菌BF肺感染模型;A组为对照组,B、C组为治疗组,在接种肺炎克雷伯菌菌悬液后第7天,A组应用生理盐水,B组应用CTX,C组应用CTX+RXM,连用3 d,第10天比较A、B、C 3组动物肺内活菌数及病理变化。结果B、C组动物给药后肺内活菌数明显少于A组(B组与A组、C组与B组比较P<0.05,C组与A组比较P<0.01),肺组织内的肉芽肿样结构减小,黏液样物质减少,BF变薄;C组较B组更明显。结论CTX对肺内BF中的肺炎克雷伯菌治疗有效,RXM可增强其作用。

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the biocide efficacies of cefotaxime(CTX) and CTX plus(roxithromycin)(RXM) on Klebsiella pneumoniae biofilm in lungs.METHODS To establish the Klebsiella film model of pulmonary infection in guinea pigs in an inhaled method,group A was controlled group.Both group B and group C received CTX for three days on day 7 after inoculation,group C received RXM coincidently for three days.(RESULTS) On day 10,the number of bacteria in group(B compared) with group A decreased significantly((P<0.05),) the tubercles of K.pneumoniae biofilm were smaller.While in group C,the changes were more(evident.) Under SEM,the(glycocalix) in group B was less than that in group A,and in group C,the biofilm(was more) thinner,(even) a single bacterium could be seen.CONCLUSIONS CTX is one of effective antibiotics to(K.pneumoniae) biofilm,RXM can enhance the activity of CTX.
