【摘要】 目的为了提高B- D试验判读的有效性和准确性,我们观察两种B- D试验包测试图的合格率,并对试验失败进行原因分析。方法A组采用3M一次性B -D试验包,逢单月观察;B组采用自制脱脂纯棉布巾标准包,逢双月观察;A、B两组共进行720次试验,观察两种B -D试验包测试图的合格率。结果A组有5 次失败,均为设备故障和蒸汽质量问题;B组有36次失败,其中4次为设备故障,1次为蒸汽质量问题,31 次为人为因素所致;A组不合格率明显低于B组。结论3M一次性B -D试验包不受人为因素影响,合格率高,能及时判断灭菌器在灭菌过程中有无残留的冷空气聚集点。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To improve the reading efficiency and accuracy of B-D test, we have studied and analyzed the failure causes. METHODS Group A adopted 3M′s Standard B-D Test Pack and the test result was studied every odd month; Group B used the standard self-made degreased pure cotton test pack and the test result was studied every even month. Group A and group B had carried out the B-D test 720 times together and the test qualification rate was studied. RESULTS Group A had failed 5 times, which were all caused by equipment or steam issues. Group B had failed 36 times, among which, 4 times were caused by the equipment, one was by the steam and the left 31 times were by operators. Obviously, the qualification rate of group A was higher than that of group B. CONCLUSIONS 3M′s Standard Test Pack isn’t affected by operators, qualification rate is high, and can help judge the remnant cold air focus accurately during the sterilization process of the Steri-Vac.更多还原
