【摘要】 目的　分析 250例真菌感染阳性标本分离鉴定及药敏试验结果,以探讨预防与治疗措施。方法　采用沙保弱培养基培养真菌,用德灵WalkAway 40鉴定仪鉴定,ATB Fungus进行药敏试验。结果　250株真菌共有 12种,以白色念珠菌为主。各种真菌对6种抗真菌药物均出现不同程度的耐药。结论　必须提高真菌的检测手段,及时进行真菌培养和药敏试验,以指导临床合理使用抗真菌药物,提高临床治愈率。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To investigate the drug susceptibility of 250 strains of deep fungus, in search for preventing and treatment measure. METHODS The fungi were cultured by Saboraud medium and identified on WalkAway 40, drug susceptibility tests were conducted by using ATB Fungus. RESULTS Totally 12 species were identified from 250 strains of deep fungus, predominantly were Candida albicans. The deep fungus showed various resistance to 6 anti fungus drugs. CONCLUSIONS The rapid and reliable culturing method and drug susceptibility tests are strongly recommended for deep fungus infection.更多还原
