【摘要】 目的　探讨泌尿生殖道支原体的感染情况及对8种抗生素的敏感性。方法　采用珠海丽珠集团丽珠试剂厂(进口分装)提供的Uu和Mh ICS试剂盒进行支原体培养、分离鉴定、计数和药敏试验。结果　302份被检标本,检出支原体阳性123份,总检出率40.7%,男性检出率34.7%,女性检出率51.9%,女性高于男性(P<0.005);被检出的支原体感染出现了3种阳性结果,即解脲支原体(Uu)单项阳性,人型支原体(Mh)单项阳性,解脲支原体和人型支原体同时阳性;男女两组3种结果阳性率差异无显著性(P>0.05);药敏试验:8 种抗生素对支原体的敏感率依次为:多西环素、克拉霉素、交沙霉素、米诺环素、罗红霉素、司巴沙星、阿奇霉素和大观霉素。结论　有实验条件的医疗防疫机构在治疗支原体感染时应参考药敏结果,如不能做药敏试验,则应把多西环素、克拉霉素、交沙霉素、米诺环素等敏感率较高的药物做为首选药物。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To probe the Mycoplasma infection in the urogenital organ and the sensitivities of the 8 antimicrobials. METHODS Adopt the Ureaplasma urealyticum (Uu) and Mycoplasma hominis (Mh) ICS reagent kit provided by Lizhu Reagent Factory of Li Zhu Group, Zhuhai, cultivate and identify the mycoplasma isolates , count them and conduct drug sensitivity test. RESULTS A total of 123 cases were tested positive mycoplasma among 302 specimens, the detectable rate was 40.7%, 34.7% for male and 51.9% for female. The female detectable rate was higher than male′s (P<0.005). Positive Uu, positive Mh and both positive Uu and positive Mh were the three results which appeared in the mycoplasmal infection. The positive rates of the three results in the male and female groups were not significantly different (P>0.05). The drug sensitivity tests: the orders of mycoplasma sensitivity rates of the 8 antibiotics were doxycycline, clarithromycin, josamycin, minocycline, roxithromycin, sparfloxacin, azithromycin and spectinomycin. CONCLUSIONS The medical and epidemic prevention organizations which can do the drug sensitivity tests should consult the results of the drug sensitivities when they are going to treat the mycoplasmal infections. If they cannot do the tests, they should choose doxycycline, clarithromycin, josamycin, minocycline as the main drugs.更多还原
