【摘要】 《伤寒论》自王叔和收集整理后,未能广泛流传。至北宋,政府重视中医学的发展,令校正医书局校勘出版《伤寒论》,并作为太医局教材,印刷技术改新进步则大量出版《伤寒论》,促使其广泛流行与传播。同时提高医生社会地位,科举制度使医学队伍结构得到明显改善,学习研究者日众,伤寒学研究蔚然成风,伤寒学派开始形成,“经方”崛起,使《伤寒论》研究走向新阶段,为明清时期的伤寒分派奠定了坚实基础,对后世中医学的发展产生了深远影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Shang han lun ( On Cold Pathogenic Disease) didn’ t extensively circulate after the collection and arrangement by Wang Shuhe. In the Northern Song Dynasty, the government paid attention to the development of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) , and commanded the Bureau of Proofreading for Medical Works to collate Shang han lun, and use it as a teaching material of Imperial Medical Academy. The new advancement of printing technique speeded up the plentiful publication of Shang han lun, and its wide spread and circulation. At the same time, the social status of doctors was advanced, and the configuration of doctors was improved by the imperial examinations. The number of medical learner and researcher were increasing. The research on Shang han lun was popular and the school of Shang han lun was founded. The growing up of " experiential prescriptions" made the research of Shang han lun enter a new stage, which became the solid basis of different factions of cold pathogenesis in the Ming - Qing Dynasties, exerting a profound and lasting influence on the development of TCM in later generations.更多还原
