【Abstract】 The excessive use of water resources of Shiyang River has caused water shortage and ecological environment deterioration in oasis Minqin county in lower reaches of the Shiyang River.As the result,Minqin has become the fourth source of sandstorm of China.In this paper,a conception to set up "Digital Shiyang River Basin" is proposed.It is thought that a reasonable water use mechanism should be established and the "Digital Shiyang River Basin" should be developed technically.Finally,the application of the "Digital Shiyang River Basin" in sandstorm control is analyzed.更多还原
