【摘要】 目的探讨P-gp和GST-π在肺鳞状细胞癌中的表达与临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学技术,检测87例肺鳞状细胞癌中P-gp和GST-π多药耐药的表达。结果87例肺鳞状细胞癌中P-gp和GST-π表达的阳性标记与肺鳞状细胞癌临床化疗有相关性(P<0.05)。结论P-gp和GST-π联合表达与肺鳞状细胞癌化疗密切相关,检测P-gp和GST-π对鳞状细胞癌化疗方案的制定具有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the expression of P- gp and GST- πand clinical significance in the lung squamous cell carcinoma. Methods With application of immunity histochemistry technology, jerque 87 cases P- gp and GST-πmanifold medicine were able to bear or endure the expression in the lung squamous cell carcinoma.
