原油对CO2腐蚀影响的模拟研究
Simulating study of the influence of crude oil on CO2 corrosion
【摘要】 原油在某种程度上能降低输送管线中CO2 等酸气引起的腐蚀,但目前针对原油对CO2 腐蚀影响的研究主要是定性的。采用自行设计的试验装置,选取渤海开发油田8 个有代表性的原油样品(中质油—重质油),通过大量室内模拟加速试验,研究了原油、水及CO2 多相体系中原油加入量、温度、流速、原油物性和CO2 分压等因素对全面腐蚀速率的影响规律。研究结果为进一步建立原油对CO2 腐蚀影响的预测模型和开展原油对CO2 腐蚀影响的定量研究奠定了基础。
【Abstract】 Crude oils can reduce the corrosion rate in some extent produced by acid gas in pipelines, but up to now the research of influence of crude oils on CO 2 corrosion is principally qualitative. Through a great deal of indoor simulating and accelerating experiments on 8 representative samples of crude oils (medium and heavy crude oils) chosen carefully from different oil fields under development in Bohai sea by suing the test equipment designed by us, this paper has studied the influence rules of ratio of crude oil, temperature, flow velocity, properties of crude oil and CO 2 pressure in a multiphase system on the average corrosion rate. The research results have laid the basis for establishing prediction model and studying the influence of crude oils on CO 2 corrosion quantitatively.
