【摘要】 目的探讨内镜经鼻安置营养管的安全性和临床应用价值。方法采用经鼻内镜途径为136例患者安置小肠营养管。结果内镜置管时间平均为5min。与操作前比较,操作过程中及术后2h,内镜置管对深昏迷组的患者的心率、呼吸、平均动脉压、心电图及血氧饱和度等影响不大;对浅昏迷组的患者,表现为操作时心率、呼吸加快(t=3.902,P<0.05);术后2h,上述异常恢复术前水平。结论在心电监护下,内镜经鼻安置营养管术是安全、简单、实用的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate endoscopically insertion of feeding tube via nose(EIFTN). Method Jejunal feeding tube was placed endoscopically via the nose in all 136 coma patients. Results This procedure was successful in all patients. The procedure took an average time of 5 minutes. In patients with deep coma,the procedure had no influence on HR,MAP, ECG and SaO2; In semicoma patients, HR and R increased during the procedure (t=3.902, P<0.05), which lasted for 2 hours. Conclusions Under ECG monitoring EIFTN is safe, simple and practical.更多还原
