【Abstract】 A capillary GC mothod with headspace was established for determination of residual organic solvents——methanol, ethanol, ethyl acetate, tetrahydrofuran, cyclohexane and toluene in simvastatin. A HP-5 capillary column wasused with DMF as the solvent. The average recoveries of the above organic solvents were 100.5%, 99.8%, 99.3%, 100.8%,99.7% and 98.0%, respectively.更多还原
