【Abstract】 Based on the chemiluminescence reaction of KMnO4-Na2SO3-tetrahydropalmatine, a new flow-injection chemiluminescence method was established for the determination of tetrahydropalmatine in rotundine tablets. The calibra-tion curve was linear in the concentration range of 2.0×10-8 - 8.0×10-6 g/ml, and the detection limit was 6×10-9g/ml.更多还原
