【摘要】 研究了TranscutolP、Labrasol、LabrafilM1944、N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮(NMP)、月桂氮酮、1,2-丙二醇等促渗剂对复方万灵五香巴布剂中麝香酮透过小鼠离体皮肤性能的影响。结果表明,月桂氮酮、NMP、TranscutolP对麝香酮有促渗作用(P<0.05)。以月桂氮酮-1,2-丙二醇-Labrasol(3∶15∶6)为复合促渗剂时麝香酮的透皮吸收速率最快。更多还原

【Abstract】 The effects of penetration enhancers such as Transcutol P, Labrasol, Labrafil M 1944, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone(NMP), Azone and 1,2-propylene glycol on in vitro permeability of muscone in Wanling Wuxiang cataplasma through excised mice skin were investigated. The results showed that Azone, NMP and Transcutol P had significant enhanc-ing permeability effect(P<0.05). The maximum permeability rate was obtained with a combination of Azone-1,2-propylene glycol-Labrasol(3∶15∶6).更多还原
