【Abstract】 A HPLC method for determination of gatifloxacin and its related substances in ophthalmic gel was established. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.3mol/L triethylamine (1∶4, adjusted pH to 4.5 with phosphoric acid), at the detection wavelength of 293nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 4 - 20μg/ml. The average recovery was 100.5% with RSD of 1.6%.更多还原
