反-4-异丙基环己甲酸的新法合成
A New Synthesis of trans-4-Isopropylcyclohexanecarboxylic Acid
【摘要】 β-蒎烯经氧化、酸催化开环后重排得到二氢对位枯茗酸,再经氢化、表异构化合成反-4-异丙基环己甲酸,总收率29%。
【Abstract】 trans-4-Isopropylcyclohexanecarboxylic acid was synthesized from natural product β-pinene by oxidation,ring opening and rearrangement to give dihydrocumic acid followed by catalytic hydrogenation and epimerization with anoverall yield of 29%.
