【摘要】 建立了高效液相色谱法测定泽兰药材及泽桂癃爽胶囊中熊果酸的含量。采用ODSC18柱,甲醇-水-乙酸-三乙胺(87∶13∶0.04∶0.02)为流动相,检测波长215nm。熊果酸在2.5×10-4～4×10-3mg范围内线性关系良好。泽兰药材中熊果酸平均回收率为98.0%(RSD1.47%),泽桂癃爽胶囊中熊果酸回收率为97.3%(RSD1.63%)。更多还原

【Abstract】 A HPLC method for the determination of ursolic acid in Herba Lycopi and in Zegui Longshuang capsules was established. An ODS C18 column was used with the mobile phase of methanol-water-acetic acid-triethylamine (87∶13∶0.04∶0.02) at the wavelength of 215nm. The calibration curve was linear in the range of 2.5×10-4 - 4.0× 10-3mg. The average recoveries of ursolic acid in both samples were 98.0%(RSD 1.47%) and 97.3%(RSD 1.63%), respectively.更多还原
