【Abstract】 The properties such as size distribution, zeta potential, phase inversion temperature and drug content of the etomidate fat emulsion injection were examined by the dynamic light scattering, electrophoretic light scattering, conduc- tance method and HPLC, respectively. The results showed that the size distribution and zeta potential of domestic prepara- tion were comparable with the product of Etomidat-Lipuro, the phase inversion temperature was 84℃.更多还原
