【Abstract】 A HPLCmethod for thedetermination of paeoniflorin in Fuke Yangrong pills was established. A C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetonitrile-0.05mol/L KH2PO4 solution (15∶85) at the detection wavelength of 230nm.The calibration curve ofpaeoniflorin was linear in the rangeof 0.08 - 0.32μg.The averagerecovery was 99.6% with RSD of 2.74%.更多还原
