CaCO3促进肝素黄杆菌产肝素酶机理的研究
Research on Mechanism of CaCO3 Promoting Heparinase Production from Flavobacterium heparinum
【摘要】 研究了CaCO3促进肝素黄杆菌产肝素酶的机理。结果显示,CaCO3除具调节pH的作用外,其分解产物Ca2+对产酶有促进作用,而CO3则刺激菌体生长。研究还表明,肝素黄杆菌发酵产肝素酶的最佳pH在6.2左右。2-
【Abstract】 The promotion mechanism of heparinase production by CaCO3from Flavobacterium heparinum was investigated. The results indicated that pH regulation by CaCO3played an important role in the promotion. The Ca2+ ions liberated from CaCO3could increase the enzyme activity, while the CO3 2-ions could enhance the growth of the bacteria. The results also indicated thatthe preferable pH for producing heparinase should be 6.2.
