D-对羟基苯甘氨酸的不对称转化拆分
Asymmetric Resolution of D-p-Hydroxyphenylglycine
【摘要】 以d-3-溴樟脑-8-磺酸铵盐为拆分剂,在水杨醛存在下,拆分外消旋对羟基苯甘氨酸得到阿莫西林等的侧链酸D-对羟基苯甘氨酸,总收率70%,光学纯度>99%。
【Abstract】 D-p-Hydroxyphenylglycine,usefulsynthetic intermediateforpreparation of amoxicillin and cefadroxil, a wasprepared by asymmetric resolution of DL-p-hydroxyphenylglycinewith ammonium d-3-bromocamphor-8-sulfonateas resolution agent in the presence of salicylaldehyde. The overall yield was 70% and opticalpurity of 99%.
