间溴苯甲醚的合成
Synthesis of m-Bromoanisole
【摘要】 硝基苯经溴代、还原、重氮化后水解得到间溴苯酚,再在无溶剂条件下用硫酸二甲酯甲基化得到间溴苯甲醚,总收率37%。
【Abstract】 m-Bromoanisole was synthesized from nitrobenzene by bromination, reduction, diazotization and hydrolysis to give m-bromophenol followed by solvent-free methylation with an overall yield of 37%.
