【摘要】用肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF -α)干预培养的MG 63细胞(人成骨肉瘤来源)。结果显示:TNF -α上调MG 63细胞核蛋白p65表达,下调护骨素(OPG)mRNA和蛋白质表达。吡咯二硫氨基甲酸酯不能阻止TNF -α下调MG 63细胞OPG的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 MG-63 cells (derived from human osteoblastoma) were treated with tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α). The results showed that TNF-α upregulated expression of nuclear protein p65 and downregulated expressions of OPG mRNA and protein, pyrrolidine dithiocarbamate did not abrogate the downregulation of OPG expression induced by TNF-α in MG-63 cells.更多还原
