【摘要】 伽玛刀有36年历史,全球已有282台伽玛刀在运行,治疗病人总数超过31万人。仅在我国,就有107台伽玛刀在运行。近几年来,我国的伽玛刀研发及生产技术发展很快,已开发出了五代伽玛刀。该文概述了伽玛刀的现状,伽玛刀的名称,各代伽玛刀的特点及未来伽玛刀的发展方向。并从设备精度、焦点品质、入射角度、治疗计划系统(TPS)的功能、质量保证/质量控制体系等7个方面,就如何选择购买伽玛刀提出了几点参考意见。更多还原

【Abstract】 Gamma knife has 36-year history.Currently,282 sets of Gamma knife are operated in the world,and the number of patients treated with Gamma knife have been over 310000.Only in China,107 sets of Gamma knife are operated.In recent years,research and manufacture of Gamma knife are developed fast.The 5th generation of Gamma knife has been manufactured.This article summarizes the current status and terminology of Gamma knife,the characteristics of each generation,and the development orientation of Gamma knife in the future.Besides,some suggestions for selection and Gamma knife purchase are put forward in terms of precision of device,quality of focus,angle of incidence, function of treatment planning system(TPS),quality assurance and quality control system.更多还原
