【Abstract】 The sustained-release anticancer drug implantation can achieve high local concentration with reducing systematic toxicity by implanting sustained-release drug into tumor tissue or interstitial tissue.It can kill or inhibit tumor cells,reduce or delay the chance of local recurrence or metastasis, and improve prognosis with a broad prospect.The concept of interstitial chemotherapy,animal experiment,sustained-release agents and the clinical application are reviewed.更多还原
