局部亚低温对脑出血后血清细胞间粘附分子-1和白细胞介素-1β的影响
Effect of local mild hypothermia auxiliary therapy on serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and interleukin-1βin patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
【摘要】 目的研究局部亚低温治疗对脑出血患者血清细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)和白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)的影响。方法随机将70例脑出血患者分为局部亚低温组(35例)和常规治疗组(35例),同时设健康对照组19例;常规治疗组应用药物治疗,局部亚低温组在药物治疗基础上加用局部亚低温治疗,观察两组患者发病第1、3、7天血清ICAM-1和IL-1β水平的变化。结果两组患者发病第1天血清ICAM-1和IL-1β水平均高于健康对照组(P<0.01);第3天常规治疗组ICAM-1和IL-1β水平达高峰,局部亚低温组下降,明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05);在发病第7天,局部亚低温组血清ICAM-1和IL-1β仍明显低于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论颅脑局部亚低温治疗可显著降低脑出血后患者血清ICAM-1和IL-1β的浓度,减轻脑出血后的炎症反应,发挥其脑保护作用。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect of local mild hypothermia auxiliary therapy on serum intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) and interleukin-1β(IL-1β) in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods 70 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into local mild hypothermia group (n=35) who were treated by local hypothermia in addition to medication and routine treatment group who were treated with medication (n=35).19 healthy subjects were taken as control.ICAM-1 and IL-1βchanges at 1d,3 d,and 7d were observed in the two groups.Results ICAM-1 and IL-1βlevels at 1 d in the two groups were higher than that of healthy controls (P<0.01) .At 3 d,ICAM-1 and IL-1β levels peaked in routine group,while decreased in local mild hypothermia group,significantly lower than those of routine group (P<0.05).At 7d,ICAM-1 and IL-1β levels in local mild hypothermia group were significantly lower than those of routine group (P<0.05).Conclusion Local mild hypothermia therapy can obviously decrease the concentration of serum ICAM-1 and IL-1β and relieve the inflammatory reaction in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
