【摘要】 目的研究皮瓣对抗牵引法在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用及对术后皮下积液的影响。方法对72例乳腺癌患者随机分组,观察组采用皮瓣对抗牵引法,对照组采用多点固定法,观察术后引流量变化、引流管拔管时间和皮下积液发生情况。结果观察组术后每日引流量递减明显,7天引流管拔管率高达77%,比对照组提前5.84d。腋窝积液发生率为2.9%。结论在乳腺癌改良根治术中应用皮瓣对抗牵引法,能显著减少腋窝积液并发症的发生,有利于皮瓣的愈合。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application of the derma dual pulling method in breast modified radical mastectomy and its effect to liquid gathering under the derma after operation.Methods 72 cases of breast cancer were randomly divided into test group(with derma dual pulling method) and control group(with many dots′ method).The amount of the effusion,the time of pulling pipe and liquid gathering under the derma after operation were observed.Results The amount of the effusion decreased evidentlyer day,the rate of pulling pipe in 7 days was 77% in test group and the time of pulling pipe was 5.84 days earlier than the control group.The rate of the liquid gathering in the armpit was 2.9%.Conclusion The application of the derma dual pulling method in breast modified radical mastectomy can evidently reduce the amount of the liquid gathering in the armpit.It benefits the cicatrization of the derma.更多还原
