【摘要】 在产品生命周期中,BOM作为描述产品结构与配置关系的表单,以多视图形式描述了产品形态的变化过程。文章详细分析制造企业中针对不同部门BOM之间映射逻辑、对象信息模型信息,把BOM中的物料项、物料关系项及对应的功能模块按照面向对象的思想研究;并基于Pro/E&CAD获取BOM信息,建立基于单一数据源的信息模型;文章还结合BOM之间的映射逻辑关系,动态配置EBOM及PBOM,实现把BOM之间抽象的逻辑信息转换为具体的对象信息,并进行了详细介绍。EBOM生成及在此基础上PBOM的生成作了详细介绍。更多还原

【Abstract】 In a product life-cycle,as a table of the description of product structure and scheming relations,BOM describes the changing process of a product by using multi-view space mapping.This article analyses the relations,mapping logic and object informational model among different BOM faced on manufacture enterprise,researches material item,material relation and functional model based on ideology of facing on object.The article also gets BOM ’s information from Pro/E and CAD and builds informational model based on single data fountain.Combining with the BOM ’s mapping logic,this article comes the conversion between pure logical information of BOM and idiographic object information of BOM true .更多还原
