基于IDT7132并行传输技术的激光雕刻控制系统研制
The Research and Design on the Control System of Laser Carving Machine Based on Parallel Communication
【摘要】 文章介绍了基于IDT7132并行传输技术的二维激光雕刻控制系统的软、硬件设计。系统采用PLD作为地址译码器;应用页面编程的方法实现了超寻址空间存储器的扩展,使其具备了2MB的SDRAM;在分析研究PC并口资源和并行数据传输方式的基础上,利用双端口RAMIDT7132实现PC机与单片机的高速并行通信;软件采用半步偏差—几何最优化插补方法实现对混合式步进电机的高精度控制。
【Abstract】 The paper introduces the software & hardware design of two-dimensional Laser Carving Machine. With the method of page program, the system extends 2Mbes SDRAM and achieves address code through PLD.The Dual-Port RAM & Parallel port of personal computer are used to achieve parallel communication. With the Straight Line & Arc Interpolation By Half Deviation-Best Geometrical Way to control SLO-S YN stepper motor, it works stably and has high precision.
