【摘要】 现代网络技术的发展为群体创新提供了网络通讯平台,网络群体创新正是时代发展的要求。文章首先分析和提出了网络群体创新的定义、特点、意义和网络群体创新理论的框架结构;然后研究了网络群体创新的核心——网络智暴法的实体三要素包括会议主持人、与会者和会议主题,最后提出了网络群体创新的实施程序。文章介绍的基于Internet/Intranet的群体创新理论可以充分发挥网络优势和企业内外部的人才资源的潜力,将大大提高企业创新活动的效率和成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Development of web technology gives team innovation a web communication tool. Net Team Innovation is the needs of the time. In this paper, It is analyzed and put forward firstly which includes concept, traits, meanings and framework of Net Team Innovation. Then, three substantial factors of Net Brainstorm (NBS), which is the core of Net Team Innovation, are analyzed, such as meeting compere, meeting attendee and meeting theme. The operational program is put forward at last. The theory of Team Innovation based on internet/intranet will exert net’s advantage and talent’s potential inside and outside enterprise, and heighten efficiency and success ratio of innovation activity inside enterprise.更多还原
