X射线自动无损检测系统的设计研究
Research on the Design of X-Ray Automatic and Non-destructive Detection System
【摘要】 文章以常规的X射线探伤仪和图像采集分析技术为基础,研究采用数字控制技术进行X射线自动检测系统设计。设计四自由度坐标运动的机械装置,使用软件与硬件相结合的EPROM方式控制步进电机;实现了低成本的计算机二维成像方式自动检测,能够确定金属构件内部缺陷准确的空间位置。现场应用表明文章所设计的系统稳定、可靠,满足产品无损自动检测的要求。
【Abstract】 Based on the conventional X-Ray lacuna-detection device and image collection analysis technique this paper deals with the X-Ray automatic detection system design by using digital control technology. The mechanical device with 4 free-degree coordinative motion is designed and step-by-step electric motors are controlled by using EPROM of combing software with hardware where by the automatic detection by the computer 2-dimentional image formation with low cost can be realized so as to be able to determine the accurate space locations of defects within the inner metal structure components. The in-situ application indicates that the system designed in this paper is stable and reliable to satisfy the requirements of non-destructive automatic detection of the products.
