【摘要】 针对虚拟机床的切削加工中参数的选择问题,提出了切削加工参数的“模糊优化”的概念。讨论了切削参数的智能化选择问题,进而确定了建立优化数学模型的优化目标,即与企业生产相一致的经济指标最高生产率和最低成本。最后以虚拟车削为例,给出了优化数学模型的建立及模糊约束条件隶属函数。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper we have researched the problem of the processing parameter in virtual cutting .We expound the concept of blurring optimization for cutting parameters. Then the problems of wit choice for cutting parameters are discussed. At the same time, optimization aims are found. They are the high productivity and low cost. At last, taking virtual turning for example, mathematical model and the restriction functions are given.更多还原
