基于Pro/MECHANICA的机床拖板有限元模态分析
Finite Element Modality Analysis of Slide-seats by Using Pro/MECHANICA
【摘要】 文章介绍了基于Pro/MECHANICA的机床工作台拖板的动力学的有限元建模和分析,并与常用的通用有限元分析软件ANSYS的分析结果进行了比较,比较得出,有限元工程师可以利用Pro/MECHANICA软件实现实体建模和有限元计算的无缝集成,并且能够保证了有限元分析的计算精度,提高了设计工程师的工作效率。
【Abstract】 A finite element modality analysis of slide-seats by using Pro/MECHANICA software was introduced. Comparing the result of finite element analysis with the one from ANSYS software, it is concluded that FEA engineer can integrate making the 3-D model and finite element analysis of an accessory into the one software. At the same time, the computed result obtained from the finite element analysis by using Pro/MECHANICA has adequate precision, and improve the work efficiency of engineer.
