非圆等距廓形的数控加工方法研究
A Study of CNC Manufacturing Method of Parts with Non-Cirular Isomeetric Profiles
【摘要】 简要介绍非圆等距廓形的加工方法 ;通过对无冲击封闭非圆等距廓形的研究、分析 ,推导出形成无冲击封闭非圆等距廓形的条件以及廓形方程 ;对非圆等距廓形的数控加工方法进行研究 ,通过对步进电动机、AC伺服电动机、DC伺服电动机、伺服液压马达以及直线伺服电动机性能的分析、对比 ,提出在现行的通用数控加工系统中常用的四种驱动元件不能满足非圆等距廓形车削加工系统的要求 ,而采用直线伺服电动机为驱动元件的驱动装置适用于非圆等距廓形的车削加工系统。
【Abstract】 In this paper, the methods of non-circular profile part manufacturing are briefly examined, conditon for the non-imapct formation of the parts with non-circular isometric profiles is proposed and the profile equation is derived. Based on the study of existing menufacturing methods of the parts with non-circular isometric profiles, it is found that steppde motor, AC servo-motor, DC servo-motor and hydraulic servo-motor can not suffice the requirement with conventional CNC system. It is also suggested the lathe system with linear servo-motor can be used in CNC manufacturing of the parts with non-circular isometric profiles
