【Abstract】 This article discusses using Single Chip Microcomputer control the temperature at final encapsulation in plastic package machine. By using high accuracy electric thermo-couples and fuzzy controlling technology, the control methods take on high accuracy and stability, which has been adapted on working site and got excellent effection.更多还原
