【摘要】 目的探讨新生儿游泳和抚触对新生儿体重的影响。方法将480例健康新生儿分为三组,游泳组213例,其中剖宫产139例,顺产74例;抚触组58例,其中剖宫产34例,顺产24例;对照组209例,其中剖宫产128例,顺产81例。每天记录出生体重,最低体重和出院体重。结果三组之间无论剖宫产还是顺产,出院体重不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。出院体重与最低体重差值比较,游泳组(151.8±103.63)g与抚触组(179.4±110.2)g均显著高于对照组(131.25±99.61)g(P<0.05),另外抚触组高于游泳组,但缺乏统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论新生儿游泳和抚触均能促进生理性体重下降的尽快恢复,而对出院体重无明显影响。新生儿游泳和抚触对发育的影响值得今后做进一步的比较研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives To study the effects of neonatal swimming (water therapy) and touching on body weight.Methods 480 normal neonates are divided into three groups to observe their birth weight, the bottommost weight and the weight before discharging from hospital. Swimming group included 74 neonates delivered from vagina and 139 neonates delivered by cesarean section. Bathing group included 24 neonates delivered from vagina and 34 neonates delivered by cesarean section. The control group (simply bathing group) included 81 neonates delivered from vagina and 128 neonates delivered by cesarean section.Results There were no significant difference in birth weight, the bottommost weight and the weight before discharging from hospital among three groups (P>0.05). However, the margin between the weight before discharging from hospital and the bottommost weight of the babies delivered by cesarean section were significantly higher in swimming (151.8±103.63) gram or bathing group (179.4±110.2) gram compared with the control group (131.25±99.61) gram (P<0.01). Conclusion Neonatal swimming and touching can advance the weight recovery after the period of physiological weight drop, but might have no influence on the weight before discharging from hospital.更多还原
