【摘要】 目的　供应室灭菌物品的外包装材料是医院消耗品支出之一,属医疗间接成本。比较不同包装材料的成本构成,为减少消耗、降低医疗间接成本提供具体的方法。方法　比较、分析3种灭菌物品的外包装材料(即传统棉布类包装、进口纸塑和国产纸塑包装)的成本构成。结果　纸塑包装材料成本较棉布类包装材料成本降低 35.2 %~ 56.8 %,其中国产纸塑包装材料成本较棉布类包装材料成本下降 56.8 %。结论　国产纸塑包装材料消毒效果好,且与其他灭菌外包装材料存在着较大的利润差额。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective We compared the cost component of different kinds of packaging materials in order to provide a suitable way to reduce the cost of medical treatment.Methods Cost component of 3 different kinds of packaging materials (traditional cotton, import pulp mold plastic and domestic pulp mold plastic) were analyzed.Results Compared with cotton,the cost of plastic material reduced by 35.2% to 56.8%,and domestic pulp mold plastic material reduced by 56.8%.Conclusions All of the materials didn’t reduce the sterilization effect,and pulpmold plastic could save more money.更多还原
