【Abstract】 With the adjustment of our Party’s power enforcing philosophies and methods, the vigor of our society will be vigorous gradually yet greatly. As a social intermediary organization, the Trade Union should develop its specific organizing advantages in the political civilized construction of colleges and universities, and carefully plan and play its important role which is decided by its advantages. The active participation of the Trade Union in consummating the right representative system, legal right maintenance system, and joint communication meeting system in colleges and universities, will become important breaches for the Trade Union to promote the democracy construction, legal system construction, and managing mechanic revolution of colleges and universities.更多还原
